She is a 2000 graduate of
St. Wendelin High School, and a 2004 graduate of Ohio Northern
University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She
has lived in Fostoria since she was born in 1982. Kristy feels that
being a resident in Fostoria gives her the opportunity to stay in touch
with the real estate market as well as the community.
Kristy has worked at
American Heritage Realty, Inc. since the summer of 2000. She
obtained her Real Estate License in Sept. of 2004, and recently obtained
her Broker License in March 2009. Kristy married J.D. Persohn in
September of 2006. She has a new name, but same
