Pam
Shumaker is a life long Fostorian and began her Real Estate career in
1988. In 1992 she purchased the former Geyer Associates Realty and
American Heritage Realty was born. The addition of the All American
Homes dealership took place 3 years later in 1995.
Pam
enjoys the Real Estate business because no two days are the same.
Everyday brings a new situation, new people and new challenges. The
diversity of the company keeps things fresh and exciting, whether it's
working with buyers, sellers, new builds, or rentals.
Being
an active member of the community is also important to Pam. She is
involved with the St. Wendelin Parish and Schools, Fostoria Economic
Development Corporation, Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce, The Improved
Housing Task Force, and Fostoria Area Habitat for Humanity.
Pam has two grown children,
Michael who is a Financial Analyst for Work Flow One and Kristy, who
also works at American Heritage Realty an All American Homes associate
and as a Broker.
